- Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping to the UK is £15 per order as standard, for Worldwide orders or to receive an individual quote please call us on 01623 827903. Any date or period of time stated in a quotation is an estimate and shall date from receipt by the Company of definite instructions to proceed together with the necessary information and completed drawings or patterns, if these are to be supplied by the Buyer. The Buyer shall be bound to accept the goods ordered whether available on or after the date of the termination of the period of time stated. The Company undertakes to make every endeavour to adhere to dates given but accepts no liability for failure to do so or for any delays occasioned by strikes, lockouts, trade disputes or other labour troubles, non-availability of materials defaults of subcontractors war, riot, restraint of Government, fire, accident, stoppage or interference with transport, or other contingencies beyond the Company's control nor shall such failure be deemed to be a breach of the Contract.

- We will not share your information with any third parties, your details will only be used to send your goods or to contact you with any special offers which we deem suitable and are directly through Repton Medical.

- Returns & Replacements
- Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Repton Medical. You will have the right to cancel your order within 5 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). To do this, you need to contact Repton Medical via the “contact us” link and request a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). You will then need to mark this number on the parcel/package you are sending back. Any returns sent back to Repton Medical without a RAN number clearly marked will not be refunded or replaced. Credit will also be refused if your returned product is not as new, enclosed in it’s original packaging, with instructions, and is unmarked (ie suitable for re-sale). All returns may be subject to a 17% handling fee.
- Ordering
- All quotations are subject to confirmation by the Company on receipt of Buyer's official order and no contract shall be concluded until goods have been dispatched by the Company.
